The University of Iowa College Republicans are fucking hilarious. For the second year they’re holding their “Conservative Coming Out Week.” Ha! I guess that’s about right. Iowa City is a very liberal town. And these College Republicans are shunned like gays are shunned from the White House. So I guess it comes full circle. Last year, they held an animal rights’ bar-b-que. That didn’t help them out either.

Perhaps we would be more accommodating if they weren’t so stupid. This year, they’re having a “Catch an illegal immigrant” game. A capture-the-flag game. Illegal Mexicans vs. the border patrol. Wow. These guys are original. Maybe they’ll sell cookies on a sliding scale next. Blacks have to pay more and whites less. Their sophisticated statement on affirmative action. They’re letting way too many people in college these days.

They’re just mean and like pissing people off. The future of the Republican party is strong indeed.
