A cold Thursday morning
I was sitting on my couch fighting with my Spanish homework when the guy on the radio told me Kurt Vonnegut has died. I’m glad he lived. He made our place in time seem a little more bearable. A humanist who needed no god, Kurt is up in heaven now. And I wish him safe travels.
I really shouldn’t be drawing attention to FOX News, but I just can’t help myself:

Yup. Fox News. Wasn’t relevant after the 70s? A Man Without A Country is, so far, the best book written about our new century. And Slaughterhouse-Five will be relevant as long as men send children off to die. So forever, I guess.
